Shipping Policy and Orders
Which countries are served and what are the shipping costs?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom with free shipping on all orders. There are no hidden shipping charges.
How long does it take to process and deliver orders?
Processing Time
All orders placed Monday through Friday before 10:00 PM (GMT) will be processed with a handling time of 1-2 business days. Weekend orders are processed on the next business day. If delays occur due to special circumstances, we’ll notify you via email.
Estimated Delivery Time
After processing (1-2 business days), shipping takes 5-7 business days. In total, expect delivery within 6-9 business days from the order date.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be provided via email after shipment. Track your order using the Track Order page for more details.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
Please contact our customer service for any changes or to cancel an order before it has been shipped.
Return Policy
What is the return policy?
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item. Items must be in original, unused condition with tags and original packaging.
How do I initiate a return or exchange?
Please contact our customer service by email with your order number and the reason for return.
How long does it take for a refund to be processed?
Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 14 days of receipt and inspection of your return.
What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?
Contact us immediately with a description of the damage and, if possible, photos. We will arrange a return, replacement or refund.
