Shipping
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders throughout the United Kingdom.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders usually arrive within 5–7 business days (Monday to Friday), after a 1–2 business day processing time.
Q: What is the cut-off time for same-day processing?
A: Orders placed before 10:00 AM (GMT) will begin processing the same day.
Q: Which courier do you use?
A: We ship all our orders via Royal Mail.
Q: Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
A: We can only change your delivery address within 24 hours of placing your order. After that, no changes can be made during transport. Please email us at info@everlane-fashion.com as soon as possible if you need to update your address.
Returns & Refunds
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided items are unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Email us at info@everlane-fashion.com with your order number, name, and order address. We’ll provide return instructions and the return address.
Q: Do I have to pay for return shipping?
A: Yes, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Once we’ve received and inspected your return, your refund will be issued within 5 business days to your original payment method.
Q: Do you charge restocking fees?
A: No, we do not charge any restocking fees.
Q: What items are non-refundable?
A: Opened or used products, gift cards, and store credit are non-refundable.
Q: What if my item is damaged or defective?
A: Please contact us immediately at info@everlane-fashion.com with photos and details. We’ll help resolve the issue quickly.
Q: Can I exchange an item?
A: We don’t process direct exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Google Pay, and Apple Pay.
Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. All payments are processed using 128-bit SSL encryption. We do not store any credit card information.
Q: Will my order be screened for security?
A: Occasionally, we may ask to verify customer details for added security. Make sure your contact details are accurate to avoid delays.
